The primary difference between developed nations and Latin America will be that of cost and competition. America is characterized by excessive competition, primarily in commodity based businesses. In many instances America practices protectionism in regards to its cocoa and sugar manufacturers. As a result, there are barriers to entry that cause foreign candy manufactures cost to rise substantially. Arcor does not have this problem in its home county as it can seamless and efficiently distribute is product with little addition costs associated with doing so. Furthermore, price competition discourages market participants as margins shrink. Margins for many retailers and manufactures are roughly 20%. However, due in part to extreme competition, those margins is significantly reduced for foreign competitors. Arcor is therefore forced to recoup these losses in the form of higher prices, lower costs, or by simply taking the mark down. Also, the sale to advertising ratio is about 6% for Am erican candy companies. Arcor, I suspect, will undoubtedly occur additional advertising expense due to the unfamiliarity of the product. Companies such as Nestle, DANONE, and Hershey have significant marketing and advertising budgets to maintain their respective market share. Verbal bully is known to be the most common type of bullying. it is when you criticize someone because of their physical appearance. and physical bullying is a common everywhere you go whether it being at home or in genral public. Physical bullying can be influenced by a lot of things such as such media as television, music and sometimes people that are really close to us such as our parents and friends are all factors that can influence physical bullying which can lead to something even more dangerous. Cyber bullying is when an individual is emarrased or tormented by another individual using the internet. Unnecessary posts, name calling or mean emails are all ways of cyber bullying. Cyber bullying is very serious in todays society because the individual that is being bullied may find it hard to tell someone about what they are going though. Even though cyber bullying cannot physically hurt an individual,it can leave that person feeling mentally distressed and upset. In many cases, bullying can be triggered by numerous of these individuals to use rage and violence to handle their problems. Individuals raised in these kind of atmosphere might not see these kinds of actions wherther it is hysical or verbal as bullying but will only see such behavior as normal and acceptable because they are use to that kind of behavior. For some individuals that are yound and are kids, poor academic performance can be another cause of bullying. Some of these children struggle in the classroom and feel that they are not being helped by teachers and even fellow classmates which can lead to them loosing hope. When hope is lost these children will act out and this can translate to them being bullies and seeking revenge on other children that are achieving more and doing well. These children become bullies that hurt, threaten and control other people because they are often angry, jealous and when can lead them to be very aggressive. Another cause for bullying is low self esteemwhen you add up all the possibilities, it should come as no surprise that bullies tend to struggle with self esteem . the outward behaviors they practice truly shows their true inner feelings. They lack self confidence, struggle to fit in and are ofen judeged by others and feel confident and feel powerful by controlling others. These individuals that are bullies who are often thought of as not as smart have little empathy for these victims and derive satisfaction from injuries and suffereing on others. They often defend their actions by saying that their victim started it by provoking them which led to the bully’s action. Childhood represents happiness, freedom and tranquility, and in the same time this is exactly what Nature gives to people, both adults and children. And it should be pointed out also is that character speaks of five years back in time, which tells us that something of great importance occurred during that period. Now in the very next lines the readers can observe how Nature is represented and depicted, and what is really impressing is the simplicity of the language that is used to show the exact picture. But it is simple not because the hero cannot explain himself, but because this is a kind of a personal confession. The man is not ashamed nor is afraid to speak with all his heart and soul. Here comes the part where we should look back at the title because it has a meaning, too. As if the character wanted God also to hear his personal thoughts which are addressed towards Nature. He wants to tell us that man and Nature are something inseparable. Of what he describes in the first few lines we understand that he is in a deep regret because he has interrupted in time his touch with Nature, and by returning once again as an adult he wants to prove that he is no longer thoughtless as in his boyhood, and that now he is fully aware of what she can offer him once more. We see that he will no longer waste his time as in his early days, and that he will cherish each moment amongst the rivers and the woods which will leave him with pleasant memories. The past, the present and the future are represented in a very interesting and complex way. During the whole literary work they take turn, change places, always telling us that Nature is not separable from humans. We can say that the most of the work is a some kind off monologue in which the character talks to the people but in the same time is speaking to himself. It is important also to be noted out that all happens in the character’s imagination, thus showing us what is significant is the picture of the mind and it does not matter whether if it is occurring in the present, in the future or in the past. The hero uses incredibly strong comparison to depict that, and he mentioned the blind man only for one purpose, to remind people who had lost their connection to Nature. Like the blind man they cannot see what is in front of their eyes and how astonishing it is, the only difference is that in their case they wittingly turned their looks away. Also here we can find an example of the sudden change between the past and the present when the character returns to his memories from town. Here he says that back there he felt lonely and exhausted, and when he returned once again in the woods he felt peace and quietness . Although his long absence, the image that got stuck once in his head never left him and it always gave him hope and expectations for a better experience when he returns. In his personal message to everybody, we see that to make Nature fell guilty about something, and try to conquer is just another unimportant attempt for acknowledgement.
